Executive chef Gerald Chiarito offers 23 years experience in the food industry, 14 of those years in catering and banquets. Chef Gerald brings knowledge and expertise inspired by working & learning in food havens such as Las Vegas, Newport Beach and Los Angeles.
Before he created his first dish, he vowed to only use the finest ingredients, and prepare each dish with an infusion of passion and creativity.
Built on a sound foundation, Chef Gerald's technique, presentation and artistic design helps make Absolutely Amazing Catering a cut above the rest.
